One of the London’s fastest growing Education recruitment agencies is looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their Loughton office to start ASAP.

Education is one of the fasting growing and most lucrative recruitment sectors within the UK. You will be placing experienced Teachers into secondary schools and colleges on either a permanent or temporary basis.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

• Business development with new and existing clients to generate opportunities
• Working with hiring managers to identify their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
• Attending client meetings
• Shortlisting CVs and screening candidates to build a pipeline of great candidates
• Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale
• Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships with everyone
