We are a fast growing start-up Education Recruitment company that have grown from a bedroom 'company' to one of the most established and respected Education Recruitment Agencies based in Bristol.

After the success of our Bristol Branch, we are now expanding and opening a second Branch in Exeter. We are looking to add great people and become the 'go-to' agency in Exeter.

Recruitment will give you the opportunity to earn more than a Doctor within 3 years. Education Recruitment provides you the opportunity to earn life-changing amounts of money whilst also providing a vital service to schools and teachers. It is an extremely rewarding career that is more relationship driven than other recruitment sectors.

The industry is meritocratic which means that you can progress quickly into management and senior roles quicker than most other professions. I have interviewed hundreds of people and every single person has expressed a desire to earn a lot of money and quickly progress in their career. However, it doesn't come easily. The vast majority of people who 'try' Recruitment don't succeed. The job will test how much you really want to be successful.

The job is very hard and there is no getting away from that... however, what we can help with is making sure you have the training and support to achieve your potential. We have a track record of taking people with no recruitment or sales experience and turning them into successful consultants.

We have a unique approach which removes 'cheesy' sales scripts and micro-management. We obsess about the environment and ensure it is fun, supportive and no-one feels unnecessary pressure. We are a team of 11 that celebrates each others success and are all bought into a common goal of finding the best teachers to inspire the next generation.
