Academics Chelmsford are looking for an ambitious, driven and money hungry experienced Recruitment consultant to join as soon as possible (happy to wait for notice period) to cover a Primary, Secondary or SEN desk within Essex. This is a full time, permanent role with commission from on offer from day one!

Academics are an extremely proactive recruitment agency specialising in placing teaching and support staff into primary, secondary and SEN schools across the UK. We are looking for sales driven, high achievers for our branch in Chelmsford, Essex.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has an outgoing personality who thinks outside of the box, is personable and switched on. We are open to meeting experienced education recruitment consultants as well as consultants from other sectors.

Recruitment Consultant Role:

• Relationship building with candidates and clients
• Resourcing via our large database, adverts, referrals, headhunting and social media
• Arranging interviews - briefing candidates and providing prep and all necessary information in regards to the role and opportunity
• Attending client visits
• Negotiation of rates and terms of business
• Ensuring full compliance of candidates and general admin
• Consistent achievement of targets/KPIs
