We are excited to be working with a well-respected London Borough Council to recruit a locum Education Lawyer to join their well respected Legal Team.

Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Education Lawyer to join their friendly and supportive team.

The main duties of the role will include advising on education and SEN matters, holding a caseload of tribunal cases, drafting and submitting case responses. The client is happy to consider Education Lawyer candidates from a private practice background with strong SEN experience, however previous local authority experience is highly advantageous. Experience of court work would be highly beneficial.

This successful Education Lawyer must be able to attend the office in London twice a week, and attend Court as and when required. Part time applicants will also be considered.
