Job Title: Temporary Education Health Care Plan Writer

Location: Remote

Duration: 3-month contract

Job Description:

Are you a skilled writer with a passion for education and healthcare? We are seeking a temporary Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) writer to join our team for a 3-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting detailed EHCPs tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educational professionals, healthcare providers, and families to gather relevant information.
  • Write clear, concise, and comprehensive EHCPs that adhere to legal requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure EHCPs accurately reflect the individual needs, goals, and accommodations of each student.
  • Revise and update EHCPs as necessary based on feedback and changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations, particularly regarding EHCPs.
  • Experience working in education, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to advocating for students with special needs.
