Education Administrator (Maternity Cover)

  • Location: Gloucester GL2
  • Salary: £23k-£24k per annum
  • Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Gloucester to support their admissions department.

Main Duties
  • Administer the process of the various administrative functions e.g. admissions, process registrations, entries, receive results, access
  • Take responsibility for the running and invigilation of specific examinations as determined by the Examinations
  • Take responsibility for the accurate initial assessment and processing of applications working collaboratively.
  • Be the first point of customer support by administrating and supporting the handling of enquiries
  • Provide initial advice and guidance to prospective students using
  • Ensure data quality through regular data validation audits and additional Admissions cycle reviews.
  • Support admissions and enrolment events for applicants
  • Utilise and update a number of IT and web based systems as per departmental procedures.
Requirements
  • Great administration skills
  • Able to pass a DBS check
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent level of digital literacy
  • Good organisation, planning, multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
