Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to launch your teaching journey? Join our vibrant team in central Preston, where we have openings for both ECTs and experienced educators in KS1 and KS2 for short and long-term cover roles. Adaptability to working across different year groups within Key Stages 1 and 2 is essential. With availability for 5 days a week, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, you'll have the chance to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a supportive environment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learner's lives, fostering their academic growth and personal development. As a supply teacher, you have the flexibility to opt for either day-to-day assignments or long-term placements, where available. Early Years / KS1 or KS2 opportunities will be available, both on a long term basis and short, depending on your availability and suitability to schools.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant Qualifications (PGCE, QTS)
  • Strong knowledge of either Early Years / KS1 / KS2 curriculum
  • Previous classroom experience
  • Ability to provide 2 references from the last 5 years (1 would need to be a full child-based safeguarding reference)
