As an ECT Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support, contributing to the growth and development of school students, providing high-quality teaching whilst covering for teachers who are absent. While the schools primarily cater to mainstream education, you will also be providing support for SEN pupils within the classroom environment, ensuring that all pupils needs are met. Therefore, any prior experience or knowledge of SEN is desirable.
