Are you a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking an exciting opportunity?

GSL Education is looking for an enthusiastic ECT to join a school in September.

This role offers a September start and the chance to inspire and educate Year 1 students.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Year 1 curriculum.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assess student progress and provide targeted support to meet individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders to support student success.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Recent or soon-to-be qualified ECT with a focus on Year 1 education.
  • Strong knowledge of the Year 1 curriculum and effective teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young students.
