ECT- Nursery Based - Early Years teacher

Our client a nursery setting with a fantastic reputation and lovely working environment are looking for an Early Years Teacher to join their existing team. They will consider someone experience in teaching Early Years or someone at the start of their career and Early Years ECT.

Essential Qualifications & Experience of the Nursery Early Years Teacher:

  • A degree in Early Years
  • Passion to deliver high quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities
  • Be motivated and a team player

Brief outline of responsibilities:

  • Work with the Management and nursery staff team providing the highest quality of education and care to all children.
  • To ensure children’s safety, wellbeing and health is paramount to the care Bright Comets provide for all children.
  • To work within an anti-discriminatory and inclusive environment and support the team to facilitate the all-round development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential.
  • To be committed to the learning outcomes for the children, ensuring all formative and summative assessment processes are fulfilled to the highest standard.
  • Maintain respectful and genuine interaction with children using warm and responsive communication strategies, which are appropriate to children’s needs.

This role is full time permanent offering stability, and a competitive package
