GSL Education is currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic ECT Design Technology (food tech/hard products) at a mixed all-through school in the vibrant community of Redbridge. we believe in fostering a love for learning and empowering students to reach their full potential. ECT Design Technology (food tech/hard products) Teacher Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Design Technology, focusing on both food technology and hard products, to students across all key stages.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
• Develop innovative and creative teaching resources that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
• Foster a passion for design and technology by organizing practical workshops, projects, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the Design Technology curriculum and contribute to the overall development of the department.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them progress academically and personally.

ECT Design Technology (food tech/hard products) Teacher Job Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or completing teacher training with ECT status.
• Specialism in Design Technology, with a focus on food technology and hard products.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young minds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Ability to differentiate teaching to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Design Technology education.
