Main Responsibilities:
* Managing the day-to-day trading and optimisation of the site and taking responsibility for KPI's including AoV, Conv, UPT and sales revenue
* Working with the Senior E-commerce Trading Manager to plot out annual, monthly and weekly targets, optimising the site to achieve these
* Collaborating with key stakeholders to execute the trading calendar onsite, aligning with the Marketing team to ensure the site is complimenting any activity, content is SEO optimised and that the journey for the customer is relevant and optimised
* Managing seasonal and individual product launches and onsite identity, ensuring taxonomy is updated in line with activity
* Working with product teams to understand key product USPs and communicate these onsite with photography, videography and copy
* Ensuring data informs your decision-making at all times through the use of analytical tools such as GA4, LookerStudio and Content Square. You build reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to the team and the wider business
* Working closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are aware of all trading activity. As well as assessing customer feedback and driving changes from both positive and negative reviews
* Always being aware of key competitors, their products and trading activity
* Ensuring that H&S is upheld as a top priority by you and your team at all times and that any concerns are escalated appropriately to the H&S team
* Ensuring risk assessments are completed for your team as required, including but not limited to business travel and offsite work activities
* Ensure your reports are compliant with H&S policy during all work activities.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Excellent E-commerce experience gained within a consumer environment, preferably in jewellery, gifting or accessories
* Commercially aware and focused at all times
* A proven track record of project and people management
* An ability to communicate well and influence conversations
* An excellent organiser and planner
* Strong analytical thinker
* Build relationships, manage stakeholders and drive business direction
* A self-starter, able to work autonomously and within a team
* Awareness of website development processes, UI/UX design and SEO
* Knowledge of E-commerce platforms, ideally with experience in Magento 2
Additional:
* This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
* Hybrid working is available with 2 days a week in the office although flexibility is required around busy times.
* 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
