Role Overview:

As an Ecommerce Manager, you'll spearhead the enhancement of their online customer experience across multiple platforms. You'll oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimisation of webpages, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices and seamless user journeys. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll execute acquisition, retention, and partner campaigns, leveraging data insights to enhance performance continually.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain webpages across various brands.
  • Execute campaigns across web and app platforms.
  • Monitor daily customer performance metrics and implement effective alerting.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform optimization strategies.
  • Enhance customer journeys through data-driven insights.
  • Manage cookie compliance and uphold information security standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in CMS platform management
  • Experience with multi-brand or multi-product management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GoogleAnalytics and BI tools.
  • Thorough understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with website tracking mechanisms and server-to-server communication.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
