Ecommerce Manager
Do you have an understanding of direct to consumer website management? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ecommerce professional. The successful candidate will be confident analysing data to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns.
Job Title: Ecommerce Manager
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Location: Theale and Bagshot
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day merchandising and maintenance of e-commerce websites
- Collaborate with various teams to set annual trading and promotional plans to maximise profit margins
- Utilise data analytics tools to track e-commerce performance and facilitate improvements
- Liaise with customer service and development teams to monitor feedback
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend necessary adjustments
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Lead a professional and hard working team
- Liaise with agencies to apply PPC and SEO strategies
- Report on website engagement to the wider team
- Use A/B testing to refine personalisation efforts
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with PPC, SEO and website maintenance
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to communicate, problem-solve and manage projects
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
