Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the eCommerce annual strategy to meet revenue and brand goals.
• Plan exclusive promotions, balancing revenue and profitability.
• Enhance customer experience and establish the site as a top shopping destination.
• Lead creative agencies in executing e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyse performance and innovate to improve consumer interactions and team processes.
• Manage P&L, including sales forecasting and inventory analysis.
• Ensure an exceptional online customer experience and operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

• Degree-educated professional with a strong grasp of financial reporting and sales in the consumer goods industry.
• Experience working in an end-to-end eCommerce, revenue generating role.
• Skilled in cross-functional team facilitation and matrixed organisation navigation.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in ROI modeling
• A problem-solver with excellent communication and data presentation skills.
