An excellent opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce Manager for a well-established retail business with a strong Yorkshire heritage.

The Ecommerce Manager will have a have remit of driving sales growth within their online business as well as developing a range of digital campaigns to support sales in-store. Managing a small team you operate in a hands-on manner providing effective leadership with accountability for sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Developing, implementing and delivering the Marketing & Ecommerce plan and targets to drive growth in Ecommerce revenue and profitability.

• Managing demand generation across all channels to include paid, organic, affiliate, social and email.

• Direct line management and supervision of the Ecommerce team.

• Ensuring that planned marketing campaigns and promotions are executed effectively across all channels.

• Identifying, testing and optimising opportunities to improve on-site conversion and reduce cart abandonment.

• Measuring and monitoring Customer Experience through the use of analytics.

• Managing agency relationships including SEO, PPC, affiliate and email marketing partners and working closely with them to deliver the best online practice, collaborating to analyse data and statistics to forecast successful online strategies.

• Working closely with colleagues to continually optimise product and pricing mix, identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

• Reporting and analysis of Ecommerce activity for senior management team on a regular basis.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in Ecommerce with knowledge across all digital channels

• Demonstrable record of generating growth, ideally with B2C brands

• A commercial attitude with experience of managing large-scale budgets and working to strict targets

• Confidence to take the initiative and ability to present plans and results clearly to wider management team

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Excellent communication skills
