Reed Marketing and Creative are really excited to be working with a leading business services firm who are looking for a E-Commerce Executive to join their team! The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the product catalogues for their new e-commerce marketplace platform. This position is essential for supporting the launch and ongoing optimisation of their digital marketplace, ensuring that their catalogues are compelling, accurate, and up-to-date.

Role responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end process for creating, managing, and optimising digital product catalogues.
  • Partner with suppliers to obtain product data and content assets to populate catalogues.
  • Enforce catalogue quality standards related to information accuracy, consistency, and presentation.
  • Perform ongoing category and competitive analysis to identify merchandising gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop a data-driven approach by leveraging analytics on catalogue performance and customer behaviour.
  • Stay current on e-commerce best practices and trends to infuse innovation into our catalogue strategy

Person specification:

  • 3+ years of e-commerce merchandising experience, with expertise in catalogue management.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Passion for creating seamless digital customer experiences.
  • Proficient in relevant technologies and systems (e.g., DAM, PIM, E-commerce Platforms).
  • Experience with Shopify E-commerce platform is desirable.
