The Role

With the move into supplying and installing energy efficiency measures in domestic properties under the ECO4 scheme, this company is looking for an Eco Compliance Administrator to oversee the running of the internal side of the ECO4 process.

Essential Criteria

The candidate must have experience with MCS certification, eco compliance, or accreditation.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Be proficient and experienced in IT software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Dropbox, Adobe Document Reader, Outlook, etc.
  • Be flexible in their approach and can work within a team to meet targets when under pressure due to deadlines.
  • Have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Have excellent customer service.
  • Be organised with great time management - the ability to follow a process in its entirety, prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once, and work towards deadlines.
  • Be outgoing, bringing a positive approach and a 'can do’ attitude.
  • Work quickly and efficiently both alone and as part of a team.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Duties:

  • As the company grows, lead the internal side of the ECO4.
  • Booking installations and ordering materials.
  • Liaising with Install Managers and Surveyors across the business - tracking and monitoring progress for documentation.
  • Completing, collaborating, screening and fact-checking documentation to adhere to the Compliance Guidance.
  • Updating funders and utility partners.
  • Following up on requests from partners, providing all necessary information.
  • Submitting completed data packs to claim on the ECO4 Schemes.
  • Handle customer handover packs; collecting completing and posting the document.
