Your new role
Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an E-Billing Manager (can be fully remote) reporting into the Finance Operations Manager to support the team, identify issues and drive improvements, to show immediate impact to eradicate ongoing issues

What you will do

Responsibilities will include;

  • Team management, training, and support
  • Create and track statistics, for example, submitted, awaiting submission, rejected, reasons for rejections, etc
  • Reduce backlog in submissions
  • Identify, and demonstrate through analysis, key risk areas, adding suggestions as to immediate solutions
  • Participate in workshops - intended to create improved processes
  • Identifying data gaps and working towards the solution including what point in the matter inception to cash process the gaps identified
  • Create and manage action list
  • Work with the operational excellence team to ensure processes are mapped and key data documents created per portal/client
  • Co-ordinate creation of training guides per E-billing portal.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally have strong people management and change management experience
  • Experience of e-billing environments including the use of e-billing platforms
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to be productive without oversight
  • Strong collaborator and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Client focused approach; able to interact confidently with the Finance team and other key stakeholders in order to deliver results
