Remedy is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Teacher to join a fantastic Special School in Barking and Dagenham, for pupils aged 4-16. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality education to pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and severe learning difficulties (SLD).
Remedy actively seeking dedicated educators with an optimistic and aspirational outlook toward their students. While prior experience working with pupils who have special educational needs is desirable, we are equally interested in candidates with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn. The school provide training in the appropriate techniques and strategies. Therefore, applications from Newly Qualified Teachers with an interest in teaching students with a wide range of learning difficulties are encouraged.

Early Years Teacher | Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Preferably have experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) or a strong interest in teaching a diverse range of learners.
- Can differentiate curriculum delivery for students.
- Can develop and implement individualised goals and objectives to address the core features of special educational needs, based on individual strengths and identified needs.
- Excel as team members and exhibit leadership potential.
- Are dedicated to their own professional development.
- Demonstrate effective personal organisation, communication, and ICT skills.
- Have a proven track record of delivering good to outstanding teaching practices.
Remedy is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. You will have a safeguarding responsibility if appointed.
The successful Early Years Teacherwill be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
