Location: Poole

Daily Pay Rate: £140- £230

Hours of work: Full-Time

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in young learners.

- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development.

- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a sense of belonging and collaboration within the early years setting.

- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing targeted support and interventions to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

- Collaborate with the early years team to develop and implement a rich and diverse curriculum that meets the needs and interests of all children.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in an early years setting.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy.

- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality early years education.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

- Creative, adaptable, and innovative approach to teaching and learning, with a focus on providing an inclusive and enriching educational experience for all children.
