Job Title: Early Years LSA

Location: Wesminster

Responsibilities:

As an LSA, your primary responsibility will be to assist the class teacher in creating an engaging and inclusive learning experience for our early years students. You will support their social, emotional, and cognitive growth, while promoting a love for learning through exciting activities and play-based learning approaches.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

1. Previous experience working in early years within the education and training sector.
2. A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them thrive in their developmental journey.
3. The ability to collaborate effectively with the class teacher and other staff members to create a positive learning environment.
4. A proactive and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of our young learners.
5. Dedication and commitment to a full-time position, starting in September 2024.
6. Be qualified to degree level or hold a Level 3 EYFS or Childcare Qualification

Rewards:

As our Early Years LSA, you will be compensated with a competitive pay rate of £80-£95 per day. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our students while gaining valuable experience.
