Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Location: Rawtenstall

Job Type: Full-time

Are you passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive and nurturing environment for children? Located in the Rawtenstall area, our clients are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development in all areas of the EYFS.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children by maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, activities, and any incidents promptly.
  • Contribute to a cooperative team environment by actively participating in planning and team meetings.
  • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and attend relevant training and workshops as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Be reliable and have excellent time keeping skills.
  • Posses the ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
