Position: Early Year Practitioner

Location:Hillingdon

Contract: Part Time/ongoing

Salary:£12/hr

About the Role:
As an EYP, you'll have the opportunity to work for various Children centres in Hillingdon Whether you're covering for a day, a week, or longer periods, your expertise and passion for education will make a positive impact on Children's learning experiences. This role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle, allowing you to choose between full-time or part-time commitments.

We are looking for Early Year Practitioner to work in various Children Centres in Hillingdon on flexible shift basis

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have the energy, passion, and drive to raise the standard.
  • Have NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare
  • Have experience working as EYP
  • Have knowledge and understanding of developments in education.

EYP Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and review engaging and age-appropriate activities.

• Monitor and document children’s development, identifying any areas for additional support.

• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

• Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.
