Initial 6 month FTC

Hybrid ( 2 days per week in Warwick based office)

Circa £45k per annum

About The Role

The Recruiter is responsible for executing the Workforce Plan, recruitment strategies and full lifecycle recruitment process to hire top talent for the organisation with a focus on Early Careers, apprentices, placements and graduates. The Recruiter will assist with the development and implementation of strategic workforce plans to meet the staffing requirements of the business functions via internal and external applicants.

What You'll Do

* Develop, execute and drive the implementation of Recruitment plans and strategies, assuring a qualified, diverse pool of candidates to fill open positions as well as talent gaps identified through the succession planning process.

* Identify and source both passive and active candidates through internal and external channels ensuring positions are filled with high calibre individuals.

* Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the business functions to fully understand business needs to enable development of strong candidate pools.

* Work collaboratively within team to develop marketing campaigns, employee referral methodologies, social media and web outreach, etc.

* Attract, develop and maintain a "ready now" candidate pool through such means as continuous review of resumes, cold calling recommended external candidates, and career fairs.

* Screen candidates to ascertain fit to available position using behavioural and competency based interview methodologies. Provide high quality, pre-vetted shortlist of candidates to hiring managers.

* Identify and partner with appropriate resource(s) to implement pre-hire assessment testing.

What You'll Need

* Experience recruiting for a variety of IT related positions of all experience levels

* Advanced proficiency in SuccessFactors or similar ATS preferred.

* Previous experience of Early Careers, apprenticeships, placements and/or graduate recruitment.

* Must be organized and have a sense of urgency and have the ability to prioritize their time.

* Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization and with external clients.

* Ability and willingness to learn the various businesses and incorporate that understanding into the development of effective sourcing strategies.

* Strong communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.

* Tenacious and driven to succeed.

* Strong project management skills, including planning, follow through and organizational skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically and identify creative solutions.

* Ability to multi-task; be flexible and manage changing priorities effectively.
