Sutton Winson, one of the UK's largest Chartered Insurance Brokers are excited to offer a unique opportunity for ambitious and talented individuals to join our Early Careers Programme, where they’ll have the opportunity to become a qualified Insurance Broker. Better still, you don’t need any insurance-based experience!

What is our Early Careers Programme?

A dynamic two-year training programme, where you will be given the opportunity to:

• Learn the ins-and-outs of insurance broking and the insurance market, through tailored on and off the job training
• Complete CII Qualifications and receive bonuses for your achievements
• Establish confidence within a professional environment
• Begin building long-lasting professional relationships with like-minded individuals and insurance brokers who are at the top of their game!
• Get involved in our ESG programme and make a difference to the company, culture, and wider environment.

Who we’re looking for:

Whether you’re already considering a career in insurance or looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you! And whilst prior work experience in any industry is a plus, it is not essential, nor do you need to be a recent university graduate.

Applicants must have:

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships
• Honesty and integrity, with a desire to do right by our colleagues and clients
• Passion for your own professional and personal development, with the drive to learn, grown and take on new challenges
• Embody the SW values, that are at the core of everything we do!

Qualifications:

• A Minimum 5 GCSEs, graded 9-4 (A*-C) including English & Maths
• 2x A-levels (A-C) or equivalent BTEC Nationals (Level 3)
• A good level of both written and spoken English.
