If you have a passion for Early Careers Development and would like to join an award winning and forward-thinking international firm, then this role will be of interest. My client is looking to recruit an Early Careers Development professional to join their fast-growing team in a role which will see you working globally.

The purpose of the role is to provide HR and Development support to all graduates as well as maximise the return on investment made in hiring and training. You will undertake a Talent Management remit whilst liaising with the key stakeholders involved in their management and work alongside HR and L&D to design or review all programmes for future trainees.

Other role responsibilities:

  • Manage the graduate scheme and training programme, including international secondments and performance/absence management.
  • Be the main point of contact for graduates from initial enquiry to induction.
  • Work with the Diversity Manager to create diversity initiatives specific to the Graduate market.
  • Manage relationships with HRBP's to provide feedback and take a lead on graduate resource planning as well as making recommendations on graduate development.
  • Compile graduate summary reports including forecasting, monitoring and reporting control of the Graduate budget.

Person Specification:

To be considered for the role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Educated to degree level in any subject (CIPD would be an advantage).
  • Experience in dealing with university and/or school leavers.
  • Experience in developing and implementing graduate schemes and incentives.
  • Understanding of the graduate landscape and the importance of brand awareness.
