Early Careers Primary Teacher

We are working with academies  for all teaching requirements including daily and long term requirements. Due to continued growth we are looking for eager and energetic early careers teachers (ECT) to support these academies on an ongoing basis.     

We are delighted to be working in an exclusive partnership with trusts all across Linconshire to manage their recruitment in their Schools.

To be eligible, you must have:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
  • Strong behaviour management
  • Strong Character
  • A valid DBS check (or be willing to apply for one)
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • A passion for teaching and learning
