Executive Assistant (BD) - Paying up to £48,000 + Hybrid Working

My Client, an international Law firm based in the City, who are known for their ambition to be the best at looking after their Clients, wherever they operate around in the world, are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their established Business Development team. They thrive on achieving their goals as a collegiate firm and provide a unique working environment that allows staff members to progress with their own personal development.

  • Based near Liverpool Street
  • Paying up to £48,000
  • 30 DAYS HOLIDAY
  • Reporting into the Secretarial Manager
  • Hybrid working policy - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Duties Include

  • Acting as a gatekeeper for Head of BD
  • Email management
  • Build strong working relationships with other Stakeholders
  • Understand the wider BD team and individual needs
  • Proactive diary management
  • Arranging global travel
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Draft, create and amend high quality correspondence, documents, agendas, reports, presentations etc
  • Organise internal and external meetings

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous Senior PA/EA experience, gained within a Law firm.
  • Ability to identify potential problems and provide solutions.
  • High level of professionalism, having the ability to maintain a professional demeanour in all situations.
  • Previous experience of working within a Partnership environment and maintaining working relationships with all levels of Fee Earners.
