This role will be located within our eSolutions Team, working with our Sales, Operational & Contract Logistics Teams to handle our daily E-Solutions service requirements.

This position requires good planning & organizational skills to prioritize daily requests and attention to details.

This is either an entry level position or a position for someone with previous expoerience.

This role will report directly to the eSolutions Product Manager.

We work closely with parcel carriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS etc

Key Functions / Areas of Responsibility:

  • Invoicing: reconcile invoices, issue invoices to customers
  • Create SOP’s
  • Support with Onboarding new customers
  • Assist with creating customer rate cards
  • Issue carrier quotes
  • Creating outbound/inbound consignments
  • Customer Service: Following up missing parcels and claims, General customer enquiries
  • Internal reporting
  • Work within integrated shipping platform (setup new customers, carriers, rules, rate cards…)
  • Beta testing where necessary
  • General admin

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pm

Salary Range: Up to £26,000 but may consider more depending on experience.
