I am delighted to collaborate with a super exciting E-commerce & Marketplace powerhouse on the lookout for a sparky self-driven E-commerce Merchandiser. As they are in a period of rapid growth mode, you will play a pivotal role in growing profits online.

The role:

As an Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will collaborate with the Ecommerce Merchandising Lead to oversee the UK site & app. This involves managing various aspects, including product launches, trade reporting, site trading, visual merchandising, content briefing, and collection coordination. A pivotal responsibility in this role is the identification and execution of sales opportunities across all website areas, ensuring optimal customer conversion funnel performance.

• Oversee website departments, visually curate product categories, homepage displays, and ongoing collections in alignment with the trading calendar and marketing plan, while adhering to the VM strategy.

• Regularly assess popular products and bestsellers to maximize visibility on the website and digital marketing channels.

• Collaborate with Stock Merchandising to analyze slow-selling products and implement appropriate strategies to boost sales.

• Choose products for online content, including homepages, inspirations, navigation, and landing pages, based on the seasonal plan developed with the Ecommerce Merchandising Lead.

• Demonstrate innovation by providing input, content requirements, and briefs to internal Creative and web development teams (design, copy, web developer).

• Leverage insights from competitor analysis and end-of-season reviews to propose content changes or new initiatives as required.

• Provide content testing requirements to the Ecommerce Merchandising Lead and Digital Optimisation Manager to enhance user engagement.
