This newly created E-commerce Manager role, will play a pivotal part in the companies continuous forward trajectory. Taking care of both website & app, you will have the autonomy of web page creations, management, and maintenance across multiple high performing brands. With no E-commerce team in place currently, the idea will be to build a team around you as & when you deem necessary further down the line.

Responsibilities:

• Creation, management, and maintenance of web pages across multiple brands.

• Delivery of campaigns across web and app platforms.

• Ongoing monitoring and alerting of customer performance on web and app platforms.

• Analysis of market and competitor websites/apps.

• Optimization of customer journey.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in CMS platform management (preferably headless).

• Experience in managing multiple brands or products.

• Ability to interpret data and experience using Google Analytics and BI tools.
