Dynamics AX 2009 - Support Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics AX 2009 Support Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our client, utilising Dynamics AX 2009 ERP system.

Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of our clients systems, troubleshooting any issues, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and functionality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Dynamics AX 2009.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimise downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as necessary.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
  • Document processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference.

This is a remote position, but there will be some travel to client site, as and when needed, which will be fully expensed.
