Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for all guests in the hotel, ensuring their needs are dealt with professionally and appropriately.

• Resolve any guest issues promptly and efficiently.

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including reception, housekeeping, and food services.

• Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for improving overall efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Supervise staff members to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain a high standard of service quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.

• Effective communication skills.

• Approachable leadership style.

• Passion for delivering a first-class customer experience.
