Our client empowers businesses to navigate the complexities of global payroll. In this remote role, you'll be a crucial player, ensuring smooth and compliant payroll operations for their clients in the Netherlands.
Own Your Piece of the Payroll Puzzle:
- Evaluate and select the most suitable payroll software for our client's needs.
- Execute payroll with precision and guarantee timely payments for employees.
- Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports, adhering to Dutch tax authority regulations.
- Become an expert in local payroll processes, including managing involuntary deductions, liability payments, and union dues.
- Oversee payroll expense collections and ensure meticulous reconciliation.
- Continuously refine and improve payroll processes to keep pace with rapid company growth, all while prioritising compliance.
- Stay abreast of evolving local regulations and policies, keeping client teams informed.
- Collaborate seamlessly across departments, providing expert guidance on all things Netherlands payroll.
- Demystify complex payroll matters for employees, answering their questions with clarity.
You're the Ideal Candidate if You:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Possess 3+ years of payroll experience with a focus on the Netherlands market.
- Have a deep understanding of Dutch payroll regulations and policies.
- Excel at multitasking and meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Foster strong interpersonal skills and explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable way.
- Are a master of local payroll software solutions.
- Navigate Microsoft Excel with proficiency (intermediate knowledge is a must).
- Speak and write Dutch & English fluently.
