Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £40k + Training + Benefits
We are working closely with an industry leading Asbestos Consultancy who work with a diverse portfolio of clients within Retail, Local Authority, Industrial and Commercial sectors. They are now seeking a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their dedicated team. You will be covering the Midlands region, providing clients with the full range of asbestos management services.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: West Bromwich, Walsall, Tamworth, Coalville, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Worcester, Telford, Walsall, Stafford, Shrewsbury, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Market Harborough, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
" Will have hands on experience working on site for a UKAS accredited asbestos company.
" Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Will be able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of HSG guidelines.
" Will have excellent communication skills.
" Able to work in line with agreed timeframes.
The Role:
" Carrying out 4 Stage Clearances, Smoke, background, leak, reassurance, re-occupation, and personal air testing on a varied site base.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys.
" Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
" Will carry out work in line with HSG guidelines.
" Carrying out audits on site when required.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
" Ensuring to update asbestos registers.
