From our offices in London, we can provide a national service for the design, installation and maintenance of Lightning Protection, Earthing, and Height Safety Systems. We have accredited designers, trained and qualified engineers and a reputation for service.

Job Purpose:

Supporting the Stores Manager (Logistics) in stock dispatches, stock taking, ordering, etc.

Key Tasks /Responsibilities:

• Organising daily despatches of pallets/ boxes and weekly full load deliveries
• Communicating and working directly with the warehouse team
• Providing a timely and proactive response to customer and supplier delivery queries
• Receiving and despatching stock on CRM software
• Checking and applying labels and delivery notes where necessary on a daily basis
• Any other reasonable duties associated with the role.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Team player with a flexible approach to a variety of duties.
• Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent record keeping abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Proactive i.e., ability to think and plan ahead.
• Ability to deal effectively with suppliers and customers as well as colleagues daily.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of applications in particular, Microsoft Excel as we use many similar software’s.
• Determination and drive.
