Our client is looking for an experienced Driver/Customer service Assistant to work in an excellent established company with good benefits

The role itself covers:

  • Dealing with customer accounts on a day to day basis.
  • Dealing with sales inquiries over the phone and face to face
  • Collecting goods from customer’s premises and unloading them into storage
  • Opening contracts with customers
  • Maintaining the store
  • Invoicing and debt management

The working hours are 45 per week Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 and one weekend day. The Saturday hours are 9.00 to 14.00 and the Sunday hours 09.00 to 12.00. There is one full weekend off in every three and the rota is set for the year. In return we offer a starting salary of £27,000 plus a generous bonus, pension and private health care.

Applicants must have the following:

Full UK Driving License held for 6 years or more with no more than 6 points on their license. The applicant would need to be presentable and able to lift and carry some heavy items as the role involves moving customer’s goods into storage. Customer service experience and driving experience preferred but not essential. Punctuality and reliability is essential
