Drinks Dispense Maintenance Technician

Location: Covering the Kilburn area, NW6 1AB!
Salary: £35,098.81 basic + London Weighting + Bonus + Overtime + Company Van with Personal Use!

Hours: 43 hours per week on a roster pattern (one weekend in every five) providing service cover from 9am to 9pm.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Innserve!

You’ll be one of around 450 Innserve Technicians who provide quality technical services for the installation and maintenance of drinks dispense equipment.

We provide cover from 09.00 - 21.00 so you’ll be part of a rostered team which visit a wide range of customers who are experiencing problems with their drinks dispense equipment. It will be your role to fault find and complete the fix safely as quickly as possible.

Your typical day as a Maintenance Technician: Will be fast paced, extremely varied and far from a typical field engineering job! Our Maintenance Technicians are our ambassadors, working with a varied range of customers.

This exciting role offers the chance to install, maintain and repair a range of high spec drinks dispense equipment at locations planned around your home postcode.

We care about our customers: you’ll support them with training, guidance, and highest levels of customer service.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

  • A practical, flexible approach to work with experience in a technical or engineering role.
  • Experience as a field service engineer
  • Experience in mechanical or electrical installations/maintenance, fault finding, plumbing or diagnostics.
  • The ability to work with tools and enjoy problem solving technical issues.
  • Determination to succeed and deliver excellence in customer experience.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Beer dispense/Brewery/Drinks Dispense experience is ideal but not essential as comprehensive training is given.
