Our client, a renowned name in Domiciliary Optical and Audiological services, are partnering with us to support in the recruitment of a Domiciliary Audiology Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a senior opportunity to join a highly established brand in a partnership role, allowing you to develop the business model across your region and to scale up to recruit and develop a team of Audiology experts under you.

As well as a market leading base salary of 70k, you will receive an exceptional flexible benefits package to include a generous OTE package,car allowance,holiday allowance,company pension, and health and dental cover, alongside a share in business profits. You will also have access to the latest in specialist Domiciliary Audiology equipment.

Leading in a Domiciliary Service environment, you will have an opportunity to make a genuine difference to people's lives on a daily basis, providing a vital service to the community and to those who are unable to attend appointments outside of their home.

You will work in a set geographical area and will have to support of the Audiology Administration team to shape and schedule your clinics.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Audiologist with HCPC registration.
  • Experienced and skilled Audiology professional.
  • Experience within a Domiciliary setting would be highly desirable, or the enthusiasm to move into this setting to improve people's lives.
  • Experience, drive and enthusiasm to grow and develop a team.
  • First class customer care, with a desire to improve patient outcomes.
  • Excellent clinical judgement, and the ability to deal with a wide range of clinical diagnosis.
  • A hands-on approach to working closely with the community, customers, and your team.
