Location: Corby (NN17)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (37hrs per week)

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Pay: £25.00ph paid weekly via umbrella (NO CIS/LTD)

Notes: Must hold full UK Drivers License. Successful applicant will need to pass a DBS.

Duties

  • Carrying out service, repairs and remedial work at heating/hot water systems
  • To undertake individual or joint tasks within the allocated area of work. All to be carried out in accordance with the current RAMS.
  • To meet work schedules for performance including keeping of any appointments or target times of work orders.
  • To undertake all trade based work to match basic skill requirement up to current qualifications and training, including multi-skilling areas as set out in the skills audits.
  • To use PDA, mobile telephone or other mobile technology when on site to allow direct communication with the Repairs Officer or office bases staff.

Qualifications & Experience

  • CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, CENWAT 1, MET 1, HTR 1, Range Cooker, Unvented hot water
  • Drivers License
