Duties for the position of Domestic External Repairs Operative in Horsham, West Sussex include tasks such as fencing, concrete path repairs, brickwork repairs, and any general repairs to the exterior of the clients domestic properties. Ideally looking for someone who is confident working at heights to carry out domestic guttering clearances and repairs on various property types.

You could either be working on your own or as part of a two-person team, therefore you should be used to proactive problem solving and using your initiative to deal with day to day issues.

• Experience of all types of domestic fencing including chain-link
• Experience of groundworks; including repairing and replacing concrete paths/ramps, paving slabs, tarmac, underground drainage
• Brickwork skills; including repointing and general repairs
• Experience of facia and soffit repairs / replacements
• Experience of gutter repairs and clearances
• Evidence of delivering great customer service
• Confident and competent in utilising IT such as a tablet
