Domestic Abuse Team Leader

RSR Justice are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Salford for a Domestic Abuse Team Leader.

This is a full time, permanent positions and offers a salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Main Duties:

• Oversee the induction, management, supervision, and development of the standard/medium risk provision including group programmes, 1:1 intervention, DA surgeries and the training of staff and professionals.
• Monitor and support the use of digital case management systems including completion of casefile audits and ensuring key performance indicators are met for each contract.
• Deal with day-to-day issues within the women’s centre reporting these to senior management where/when necessary.
• Provide support to the team through reflective practice sessions, supervision of staff and hold a small case load.
• Create a supportive and empowering environment for all workers, volunteers, and service users with continuous improvement at the heart of our work.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience within a similar field
• Management/team leader experience
• Experiencing of working within a needs led service providing information and advice to vulnerable people, such as victims of domestic abuse/sexual violence.
• Have knowledge of Health and Safety, GDPR compliance and management.

Role is subject to DBS check at the relevant level.
