An exciting opportunity has arisen with a successful recruitment company to aid their expansion and
growth plan. They are looking for a results motivated Regional Recruitment Manager to assist with the opportunity of their CCS Framework.

You must have full 360 experience recruiting within the CCS Framework.

Salary: £30-40k (depending on experience) with company car/car allowance and an attractive commission structure.

They are looking for a confident and motivated candidate to join their team and hit the ground running.

To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
• Excellent communication skills
• Business to Business Sales experience (Minimum of 1 year)
• Confident in an approach to cold call and sell our services both by telephone and face to face
• Organised and able to multi task
• PC literate including Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service
• Target driven and motivated by your own success
• Full Driving Licence

The role will be Monday to Friday, with flexibility dependent on business needs.
