Divisional Controller

Your new company
Successful, fast-paced division of a mid-sized group seek to appoint a divisional controller to work closely with the leadership team in a broad end to end role with a commercial outlook.
Your new role
You will lead a team through a period of change as the company sets itself up for its next phase of growth. You and your team will manage the day to day running of the business from a financial standpoint, ensuring accuracy in the figures alongside the provision of value-adding commentaries which drives profitability. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders from sales to marketing through to supply-chain and operations in a very visible role, acting as a trusted business partner. Furthermore, you will be passionate about fostering a culture of best practice through process improvement which drives the delivery of better MI to the business.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant who relishes working in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate a hands-on approach to get into the detail as required whilst being able to engage the senior executives across the business. You will bring a mix of controlling and commercial accounting skills from your prior track record.
