Dispute Resolution Solicitor

A forward thinking Legal 500 Law firm based in North Oxfordshire, is looking to recruit, as part of its plans for organic growth and succession, a 2+ years’ PQE qualified Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution Team based in Banbury.

This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified Solicitor – keen to gain experience in the general spread of litigation, including such fields property litigation, contract disputes, contested probate and insolvency matters.

The practice is looking for a recently qualified Solicitor interested in specialising in the following: 

• You will be working directly alongside and assisting highly experienced colleagues and encouraged to develop a real specialism in litigation, in an office of personnel from other disciplines, committed to expansion
• The successful applicant will have a positive and creative approach to client relations and business development and be confident in marketing and networking, building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
• You will work within a collaborative, friendly and supportive environment in a firm that values its 100+ employees, is BSI and Investors in People accredited together with holding an enviable attrition record
