Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with an award winning Law Firm who are searching for a Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution Team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Commercial Disputes Team, specialising in Commercial Litigation, IP and Technology disputes.
Job Details:-

  • To delegate to and supervise work done by the Group paralegal / trainee solicitor resource as appropriate.
  • To deliver a first-class client experience at all times.
  • To support the partners in their work and responsibilities.
  • To be responsible under partner-supervision for your own caseload of work and revenue targets. The role will also include working as an effective member of the fee-earner team on larger matters.
  • To assist in the Group's business development activity in a manner to suit your proven strengths.
  • To participate and contribute to the group to ensure an effective working environment, supporting Associates, Partners and other fee-earners on more complex matters as appropriate
  • Attend the firm's training programmes and other relevant technical training to ensure that skills and knowledge remain up-to-date
  • To attend and contribute to group meetings

Knowledge:-

  • You will have proven experience of Commercial Dispute Resolution work, possibly from an in-house perspective IP and/or technology experience preferable.
  • Good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules is essential.
  • Able to effectively manage their time to achieve client and internal deadlines.
