TN Recruits Law are proudly working alongside this exceptional Brighton based Law firm as they search for an experienced professional to join them as they expand their Dispute Resolution team Could you be the right fit?!
Experience: Minimum 4 years PQE
Location: Brighton
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (35-hour week)
Salary: Generous
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote)

Role and Responsibilities: In this pivotal role within our Dispute Resolution team, you'll:
- Advise on long leasehold matters and tenancy issues, including residential and business tenancies.
- Draft notices and legal documents relevant to leasehold law.
- Conduct possession claims and provide advice on statutory matters affecting all areas of leasehold law.
- Offer expert guidance on real estate litigation and professional negligence claims related to property matters.
- Manage a general property litigation caseload effectively.
