  • Have excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and represent clients in contentious probate cases
  • Handle property litigation matters related to disputes, boundaries, and ownership
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on contentious probate and property issues
  • Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop effective case strategies
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting probate and property litigation
