  • Be well organized and able to run a considerable number of cases
  • Be resilient and committed, remaining composed under pressure
  • Have excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
  • Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have strong IT skills, particularly the use of Excel and Word
  • Be self motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Uphold the firm’s reputation by providing a first-class service

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and represent clients in contentious probate cases
  • Handle property litigation matters related to disputes, boundaries, and ownership
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on contentious probate and property issues
  • Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop effective case strategies
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting probate and property litigation
