An established, UK Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy are looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor at Director / Partner level as part of their succession planning.

The Quantity Surveyor's (Director) Role

The 3 Partners currently at the practice are seeking a personable, client facing Quantity Surveyor who will undertake two key functions:

Open new revenue streams
Grow the Quantity Surveying team in London

There will still be elements of carrying out general Quantity Surveying services as well.

The Quantity Surveyor (Director)

MRICS or FRICS
Experience working in the UK cost management / Quantity Surveying market
High level of cost management knowledge
Business development acumen
Client facing
